New Publication: Tax Crimes and Enforcement in the European Union

Reinhard Kreissl, Umut Turksen, Donato Vozza and Fanou Rasmouki have published a new edited volume on Tax Crimes and Enforcement in the European Union: Solutions for law, policy and practice. The book comprises a timely and valuable comparative study of the legal and institutional background of prosecuting tax crimes, analysing legal measures and institutional practices to combat tax crimes on national and EU levels. It presents the findings of the 'New Methods to Prevent, Investigate and Mitigate Corruption and TAX Crimes in the EU' (PROTAX) project and includes a contribution by Kreissl, Turksen and our colleague Emanuel Tananau Blumenschein on The Role of Human Factors in Tax Compliance and Countering Tax Crimes.
